The Aviation Group (TAG) is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Sydney team.
You will be the go-to contact for freight forwarders and internal customers, handling bookings, resolving issues on the spot, and keeping customers informed.
You will work across multiple cargo and reservation systems, respond within KPI timeframes, and look for process improvements while delivering accurate admin and reporting.
