Cubby Care Condon is seeking warm, dedicated, and passionate Qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team as we strengthen, grow, and shape a centre our children, families, and educators can be proud of.

What You'll Be Doing
Creating high-quality education and care experiences that support each child's wellbeing, development, identity, and sense of belonging
Participating in, contributing to, and implementing engaging learning programs that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, developmental needs, and individual learning goals
Completing observations, documentation, and reflections to support intentional teaching practices and inform ongoing planning for children's learning and development
Supporting the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework through meaningful interactions, play-based learning, and responsive care practices
Maintaining safe, inclusive, organised, and engaging environments where children feel secure, respected, and valued
Building positive and respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues through open communication and collaboration
Working as part of a dedicated team committed to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families

Holds a Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or is actively working towards their qualification).
Is passionate about providing high-quality education and care and understands the importance of intentional teaching and meaningful relationships.
Values teamwork, collaboration, and open communication and is excited to contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Is confident working within the National Quality Framework and committed to continuous improvement and professional growth.
Has a positive, solutions-focused mindset and embraces opportunities to learn, lead, and contribute to meaningful change.
Takes pride in creating beautiful, engaging environments where children feel a true sense of belonging.
Wants to be part of a team that celebrates ideas, values initiative, and recognises that every educator plays an important role in shaping children's early years.
