You will provide leadership, mentoring and practice supervision to Peer Workers, ensuring secure, high‐quality, recovery‐oriented support for consumers, while carrying a small caseload.
The role emphasizes lived experience, trauma‐informed care and collaboration with the broader mental health team to strengthen peer work and promote continuous improvement.
