We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to lead our NSW sales team and drive continued growth across our tyre portfolio.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market share, and creating a high-performing sales culture within your region.

About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and support a team of Account Managers while developing strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
You will play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing field sales team.
Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across the region.
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned to business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance reviews with team members.
Set, monitor and communicate sales KPIs and expectations.
Foster a collaborative culture aligned with our "One Team, One Dream" philosophy.
Ensure effective utilisation of CRM systems and reporting tools.




Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and People & Culture teams to deliver business outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
Experience managing key customer relationships and negotiating commercial outcomes.
Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High levels of accountability, initiative, and professionalism.
Experience within the automotive, tyre, transport, industrial, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
