Estimator — Office Fit-Out

RONKO is a growing fit-out and interiors contractor working across office fit-outs, schools, hospitals, and government projects with tier 2 and tier 3 builders.
We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.
The role:
Manage tenders end-to-end — from downloading documents through to submission
Read and interpret scope of works, and run the takeoff process
Request supplier pricing and identify long-lead-time items early
Price scopes of work and prepare competitive tenders
Attend site visits where needed to inform pricing
Raise RFIs and liaise directly with clients and other estimators
Report to the Director and Contract Administrator
About you:




3–5 years' estimating experience in fit-out or interiors construction
Experience with estimating/takeoff software (PlanSwift, Cubit, Buildsoft, or similar)
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to work autonomously — you'll get support and training, but we need someone proactive, not someone who needs constant direction
Full Australian working rights required
Hours:
7:30 AM start, Monday to Friday
