On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Sales and Marketing Manager.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the effective execution of all marketing/sales initiatives and targets – and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:
Overseeing the full sales cycle for the allocated region
Manage the team to achieve overall sales targets, as well as focused KPIs
Communicate, present, influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Prepare and provide accurate monthly reports and forecasts for revenue and sales to upper management
Unlock new users of products
Oversee team to ensure attraction of new customers and partners while retaining existing customers and partners
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor status




Overseeing activities of marketing team to generate increased interest and knowledge of brand across the region
Experience and skills required:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
Extensive experience in direct, complex, solution led selling
Experience with managing process of lead generation
Experience working with decision makers and closing deals
Clear experience involving achievement of ambitious targets and growth
Willingness to travel
Commercially minded with a proven track record of sales growth
Robust ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Outstanding influencing skills
Salary- Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $90,000-$120,000
