About the Role
We are looking for a passionateDiploma-qualified Lead Educatorto join our team on a part-time basis.
Our centre operates from6:15 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday, and this role requires
As a Lead Educator, you will:
Lead your room team in delivering high-quality, EYLF-aligned educational programs.
Plan, document, and reflect on the learning journeys of the children in your care.
Mentor and support your fellow educators to ensure a collaborative and cohesive room environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for families, managing orientations and daily handovers with care.
Maintain a beautifully organised, engaging learning space that sparks curiosity every day.

You'll Need
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Relevant prior experience in an early childhood setting
First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)
Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)
Completed Child Protection training
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including opening, closing, and lunch coverage shifts.
