FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Logistics Material Controller based in Glendenning. July commencement for a 12 month prospect.

Monday-Friday $40.56ph
7.30am-3.30pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Material Controller will be a part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results.

Your contribution to the team includes:
Inbound phone calls (both general line and for customer delivery/return bookings)
Slot Manager and schedueling responsibilities (booking in couriers and customers inbound/outbound)
Schedule trucking transport
Purchase Orders
Ad Hoc follow ups (invoicing/accounts)
Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts

About You




Full working rights
Ideally logistics knowledge including transport scheduling.
Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Experience in customer service
Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a rapid-paced environment.
Robust work ethics, open and reliable
Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
