We are seeking an experienced and reliable Butcher to join our team in Brookvale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality meat products and outstanding customer service in a family friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
Cutting, trimming, boning, and preparing a variety of meat products.
Maintaining high standards of presentation and product quality.
Assisting customers with product selection and providing cooking advice.
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards are followed.
Managing stock rotation, inventory, and minimising waste.
Keeping work areas and equipment clean and well maintained.




Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You
Previous experience as a butcher or qualified apprentice butcher.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
A commitment to food safety and quality standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
