Production Operators - 12-Hour, Fixed Shift

Lipa Pharmaceuticals is Australia’s leading manufacturer of complementary medicines, specialising in vitamins, pharmaceuticals, and health food supplements. We have the capacity to produce a wide range of products including tablets, hard and soft capsules, liquids, powders, creams, gels, and probiotics.

We are seeking motivated Softgel Production Operators, to join our operation.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report concerns
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For
Previous Softgel manufacturing or production experience preferred




Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Ability to work 12-hour fixed shift, on a continuing four week roster.
