The Occupational Rehabilitation market in Adelaide continues to grow, with multiple providers seeking Allied Health professionals to join their teams
Working across Injury Management, Return to Work, Vocational Rehabilitation and Disability Services, Rehabilitation Consultants play a vital role in supporting individuals to recover from injury or illness, build capability, and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify barriers to recovery, participation and employment
Develop tailored rehabilitation, recovery and return-to-work plans
Manage a caseload of clients with physical, psychological and/or psychosocial presentations
Liaise with employers, insurers, medical practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Complete workplace assessments, job analysis and vocational assessments
Support clients to achieve return-to-work, employment and independence goals
Facilitate case conferences and stakeholder meetings
Provide vocational counselling, job-seeking support and employment planning
Prepare high-quality reports, recommendations and case notes
Build strong relationships with referral partners and employers
About You

You will also have:
Relevant professional registration or membership
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A genuine passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes
Experience within Allied Health, Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management, NDIS, Employment Services or Mental Health highly regarded
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
