Senior Account Executive - SME/Mid Market

An established insurance brokerage is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive – Commercial Insurance to join its high-performing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced broker to work with a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, provide trusted risk advice, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

You will have the autonomy to manage strong client relationships, work closely with leading insurers and underwriters, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

The Chance
Manage and grow an established portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial clients
Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive advice and exceptional service
Develop tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs and risk objectives
Lead renewals, negotiate with insurers, and deliver strong client outcomes
Support current business growth through referrals, networking, and relationship management




Partner with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience

About You
5–7 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking or account management
Tier 1 Insurance qualification (mandatory)
Solid experience managing commercial client portfolios
Confident negotiating with insurers and presenting solutions to clients
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
Commercially minded with a passion for delivering outstanding client service
