About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator,



you'll work alongside a passionate team to provide high‐quality education and care for children in a safe, nurturing and engaging workplace.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering meaningful, play‐based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence.
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and child‐focused learning environment.
Upholding the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Child Safe Standards in everything you do.
Contributing to a collaborative team culture where ideas and initiative are encouraged.
About You
We're looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
You'll have:
A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
At least6 months' experiencein an early childhood education setting.
A currentWorking With Children Check.
Knowledge of theEYLF, National Quality Standard (NQS)andChild Safe Standards.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to children's learning, wellbeing and safety.

We currently have full‐time and part‐time positions available at our Padstow and Picnic Point services.
