Cappello Hydraulics and Civil in Mitchell ACT is seeking a Civil Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership while supporting residential and commercial civil projects across the ACT.
You will coordinate daily site operations, mentor crews, and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.
As second-in-command to the Site Supervisor, you will step into the supervisor role when required, read drawings, allocate resources, monitor progress, and uphold a robust safety culture on site.
