The Day to Day:
Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club, keeping your gym spotless, functional and welcoming for all members
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to unlock their full potential
Be the face of the club and deliver an outstanding member experience, every single day. Run member challenges and activities,



help drive retention and community
Drive membership growth and hit key sales targets
Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategies
Build meaningful connections through community engagement
Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and OH&S; standards

Requirements
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Full-time availability — 38 hours per week
