What does a Pharmacy Field Sales Manager Do?
A Pharmacy Field Sales Manager;
Manages 3 Sales Representatives
Forms part of the management team for the Division & attends Management Meetings.
Manages state-based accounts such as Ventura, Pharmacy 4 Less, Your Discount Chemist & Blooms.
Calls on Retail Pharmacies according to a pre-determined call plan 3 days a week.
Details recent and existing products to Pharmacists, Retail Buyers & Pharmacy Assistants.
Most importantly, ensures our retailcustomers love our brands as much as we do!
Where could this role take you?
Field Sales Managers generally progress into State Management & then National Sales Management roles, but the opportunity to move across functionally also exists.

Have you got the goods?
At least a few years working as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Pharmacy channel or being an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager would be a good sign. The opportunity to motivate team members & be part of a management team excites you.
You must have completed year 12, and while higher marks aren't always a predictor of success, you should have at least received an ATAR.
Your energy level is 10 out of 10. You enjoy working with people and most of all you revel in setting yourself current goals and achieving them. You're a competitive person and you know how to stand out while playing as part of a team.
Where is the role located?
The role of a Field Sales Manager means you're out on the road 3 days in each week. The territory covered is eastern suburbs and south-east. There is country travel every 2nd month. Friday is spent in the office with your NSW sales team; conducting meetings or participating in national meetings.
