The Role

As Room Leader, you'll take the reins of your own room — planning and delivering inspiring, play-based programs under the EYLF, mentoring a small team of educators, and building genuine, trusting relationships with children and families. You'll have real autonomy to bring your ideas to life, backed by a supportive Centre Manager and a team who love what they do.

What You’ll Bring




Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis certificates
Confident understanding of the EYLF and NQF
Current Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and mandatory reporting obligations
Natural leadership skills and a genuine love for mentoring others
A warm, skilled approach with children, families, and colleagues alike
