Job Description

Registered or Enrolled Nurse – Peri Operative Endoscopy Unit at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Fitzroy campus (SVPHM).

Role Overview

Part‑time or full‑time position (9 days per fortnight or shifts of 10, 8 and 6 hours). Responsible for day‑to‑day management of the unit and support of surgical procedures. Works with a high‑performing team and supportive leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage daily functioning of the Endoscopy Unit.
Assist in operating theatre procedures.
Maintain record keeping and compliance with health and safety standards.
Communicate with patients, staff and stakeholders.
Support team in providing high quality patient care.

Qualifications
Registered or Enrolled Nurse license in Victoria.
Minimum of three years experience in operating theatre.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with all key stakeholders.

Requirements
Criminal record and child protection checks.
Compliance with Staff Health Screening and Immunisation Policy.
