What your day could look like
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Paediatric Oncology, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through some of life's most challenging moments. Working across specialist paediatric oncology, haematology and palliative care services, you'll help ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care while fostering strong connections between families, clinicians and healthcare partners.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Experience in paediatric oncology, haematology and/or palliative care with advanced clinical decision‐making skills.
Strong leadership, relationship‐building and communication skills that bring teams together around shared goals.
Experience coordinating complex care, improving clinical practice and supporting workforce capability development.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications relevant to specialty nursing practice and experience leading service improvement initiatives.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage as you help shape exceptional care for children and families.
