Our client is a national, multi-disciplinary construction company delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail and specialist construction sectors. With a solid pipeline of work and continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing team.

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, communication and project administration are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of construction projects.
Preparing and managing project documentation including RFIs, variations, contracts and project correspondence.
Coordinating procurement, purchase orders and material deliveries.
Monitoring project programmes, milestones and key deliverables.
Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Assisting with project reporting, cost tracking and financial administration.
Maintaining compliance documentation and accurate project records.
Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up outstanding actions.

About You:




Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using construction management software is highly regarded.
