The primary responsibilities of this junior position will be for customer inquiries and bank business operations. You will collaborate with your branch manager and colleagues to provide every customer you work with exceptional results.
Candidates should possess appropriate tertiary qualifications with strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
This is a contract role. To be successful in this role you need to have the below qualifications and skills:
To be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:
Thorough understanding of banking industry and market in Australia
Basic knowledge of various of retail banking products, i.e. Deposit, Remittance, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, as well as Accounts Opening;




Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated;
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of different backgrounds;
Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written;
Exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team;
