This is a rare opportunity to lead the People & Culture function for a large, dynamic and innovative Australian multi-site human services organisation known for scale, complexity and its commitment to exceptional care for patients and customers.
As Executive General Manager, People & Culture, you will hold accountability for the end-to-end people function, including business partnering, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, organisational development, employee and industrial relations, change and communications, culture, workforce planning and compliance. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping organisational capability,



driving performance and leading strategic people initiatives that support operational excellence.
We are seeking an accomplished People & Culture executive who thrives in complex, service-based environments and brings experience leading large, geographically dispersed workforces. You will have a track record of delivering cultural and organisational change, balancing strategic leadership with strong operational execution.
Success in this role will require exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, commercial acumen and the ability to influence and lead through periods of transformation while ensuring people, culture and compliance remain at the centre of organisational success.
