We are seeking a
Casual Retail Assistant
to join the Clark Rubber team at our Erina store. This is a
casual position
offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail setting. You will be based at our location in Erina NSW ****, where you'll contribute to delivering excellent customer service and supporting day-to-day store operations. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible work whilst gaining valuable retail experience in the consumer products sector.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to shoppers, assisting them with product selection and enquiries
Processing transactions at the till, handling payments accurately and efficiently
Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays in a neat and organised manner
Assisting with stock management and inventory control tasks as directed
Maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including floors, fitting rooms and general tidiness
Supporting promotional activities and helping to set up marketing displays
Responding to customer queries about products and services with professionalism and helpfulness
Following all store policies, procedures and health and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliability and punctuality,



with flexibility to work varying shifts as required
Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
Physical capability to lift, carry and stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn about products and provide helpful recommendations to customers
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work
