Pathway Talent is seeking an Aboriginal Mental Health Community Support Worker to join the Central Coast CLS team in Gosford. Deliver culturally secure, recovery-oriented peer support to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people with mental health challenges, grounded in culture and community.
Leverage lived experience and cultural knowledge to foster healing, empowerment, and resilience, while maintaining an active caseload and building connections to local services.
