NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls, helping members feel secure, supported, and back on the road quickly. The role offers hybrid work from Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford with a 35‑hour week, plus a 3‑week roster and training.

You’ll build empathy, maintain data integrity, and collaborate across teams to deliver timely outcomes while providing exceptional member support in a rapid-paced workplace.
