As Venue Manager at NOMAD Sydney, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint. You will champion operational excellence, inspire your leaders, and ensure the highest standards of service, culture and execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a premium, high-volume environment. You will lead from the floor, empower your team, drive commercial performance, and continue to build on the reputation that makes NOMAD Sydney one of Sydney's most iconic dining destinations.
Our ideal candidate will have
5+ years experience in Venue or Restaurant Management roles in premium dining venues
Ability to manage operational duties including but not limited to invoicing, rostering, forecasting, pos management, event delivery, activation management
A strong level of food & wine knowledge, and ability to manage the training of all Team Members in this area




A track record of effective planning, time management and decision-making skills
Strong leadership skills enabling the effective management of both junior team members and those in more senior roles
The ability to constructively manage a wide range of company stakeholders
The ability to ensure standards are maintained, the venue maintained and the restaurant operates seamlessly
Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness
Commitment, passion and appreciation for all things food & beverage and the hospitality industry
