Offering great prospects and a modern work setting at our Southport office, the successful candidate will be rewarded with long term ongoing professional growth. Duties will include;
Assisting tenants with rental enquiries
Maintaining high level communication with tenants
Assisting the Property Manager with daily tasks such as inspections, leasing and maintenance





The preferred candidate will have;
High attention to detail with a methodical approach
High level communication skills both verbal & written
Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service
Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours)
Professional personal presentation
A desire to grow their knowledge and excel in Property Management
Robust belief in our company values and culture
Salary negotiable with experience
PropertyMe and InspectRealEstate Experience an asset but not required
