Front of House Coordinator – Constant Craving Cakes

Constant Craving Cakes is looking for a friendly, outgoing and organised Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our cake business in West Gosford. You'll manage customer orders, walk-in enquiries, and pickups, while working closely with our production team to keep things running smoothly.

Hours: 7am–3pm — a great fit if you're looking for school-hours-friendly, structured shifts.

What you'll do:
Greet customers and manage the retail/collection counter
Take and process cake orders (phone, email, in-person)
Coordinate order timing with the bakery team
Handle payments, invoicing, and basic admin
Support with light merchandising and display of finished cakes
Assist with straightforward decorating and finishing touches when needed

What we're looking for:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Some baking or cake decorating experience or genuine interest (formal training a bonus, not essential)
Comfortable multitasking in a quick-paced production workplace
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
