We're looking for a high-performing Store Manager to lead our Bridgestone Store in Nundah. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out front building relationships, leading the team, driving sales and making sure every customer leaves impressed.

Add on top of your base with the potential OTE $12,000 - $20,000

What You'll Be Doing
Leading a close-knit team of three
Driving sales, GP and store profitability
Building long-term relationships with retail and commercial customers
Managing day-to-day store operations
Working closely with our experienced mechanics to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
Coaching and developing your team
Managing quotations, bookings and customer enquiries
Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and customer satisfaction
Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly sales targets

You don't necessarily need tyre industry experience—we can teach that.
We're looking for someone who:
Loves sales and customer service
Can build rapport with anyone
Leads by example
Takes ownership of their store
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Has experience leading a team
Is commercially minded and understands profit, margins and KPIs
Wants to build a long-term career with a global brand
Experience in automotive, retail, trade, service or B2B sales will be highly regarded.
