Bricon Industries is a family owned supplier of construction fasteners throughout South East Queensland for 10 years.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson/Delivery Driver/Customer Service person to join our business. You will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing orders, delivering orders to customers, general warehouse duties, Customer Service, Counter, Phone Sales and Data Entry. You will also need to adhere to the Company's WHS policies and procedures.

This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm. We're located in a convenient location with a fantastic team culture and a safe working workplace.

You will be responsible for various Warehouse and Customer Service activities including:

Loading and unloading of stock

Assisting with the receiving and dispatching of stock

Putting away stock supplies in their correct locations

Picking and packing of stock for customer orders





Operating the forklift when required

Delivering orders to customers on job sites

General warehouse duties and cleaning of warehouse areas

Customer Service

Answering phone calls and Processing phone sales

Counter Sales - Processing over the counter cash and EFT sales

Following company directives and policies

Team player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectives

A professional and friendly attitude

Hold a current forklift license

Hold a current open manual QLD Driver's License and a reputable driving history

Have a good work ethic, positive attitude, be a valuable communicator and have the ability to build good rapport with our regular customers

Be physically fit, self-motivated, reliable and a forward thinker

Have a good attention to detail

Understand how to use computer basics

Knowledge of fasteners and building products is desirable but not essential
