The Job
Manage and successfully complete residential plumbing jobs & projects
Supervise, train and mentor apprentices and junior tradesmen, supporting learning and growth within the team
Troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems efficiently
Collaborate effectively with customers and teammates, promoting more effective operations and greater outcomes
Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining outstanding customer service
Qualified Plumber
Experience in residential maintenance
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team
Fit, active and takes pride in being sharp (on tools and off)
Communicates well and thrives in a team-first environment
Valid driver’s license, white card and clear police/WWC checks
Exceptional attention to detail - we hold a high standard in our workmanship
