As the Spare Parts Picker Packer , you will support our Service Department and internal teams by managing documentation, assisting with ordering & providing parts across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
The Responsibilities:
Pick and Pack orders, assist in Managing the stock and administration for the main stores and service vehicles
Source and coordinate inter-branch stock transfer
Prepare and process purchase orders
Receive surplus parts from service vehicles into the central store
Assist store with monthly stock counts in main store and service vans
Processing internal and retail jobs in a timely manner
Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
About you:




Intermediate computer skills — Microsoft Office and general business systems.
Exceptional Time Management – Capable of prioritising tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Valuable Communication Skills – Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
High Attention to Detail – Maintains accuracy in data entry and documentation with a focus on quality.
