Location: Wahgunyah (Northeast Victoria – close to regional hubs of Albury/Wodonga and Wangaratta)
Duration: Casual with possibility of Permanent
Position Summary
Fantastic opportunities to join the Wahgunyah Factory, the home of Uncle Toby's Snacks and Cereals. This role is for you are a team player driven by continuous improvement/LEAN mind-set.
Working in a rapid-paced environment you will be responsible for meeting safety, quality, hygiene, and waste targets in Production.
A day in the life...
Reporting to an Area Line Manager you will
Effectively manage the area (inc Operations reviews) to ensure efficient exchange of information for alignment with the Factory objectives in the short & long term.
Fostering Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) principles to build capability and improve areas overall performance.
Build & maintain effective working relationships with peers & support departments (1 Team).
Achieve a "zero injury, defect, waste" mind-set & promote behaviours that have a positive impact on Safety Health Environment & Quality.
What will make you successful
Joining a collaborative team of specialists, you will be a strong individual contributor with a drive to deliver quality outcomes with efficiency and with a passion for continuous process improvement.
Experience in change management and exposure to continuous improvement techniques.
Robust communication, negotiation, problem solving,



analysis and decision‐making abilities.
