Our Venues:
Our corporate venue is situated in Sydney's CBD, inside
anewly built state-of-the-art corporate building
, where we operate a remarkable, tech-advanced event space with elevated facilities and catering offerings. This 3-level event space encompasses a 600 pax sit down hall, pre-function areas, meeting rooms, a lounge, art gallery and other spaces. Throughout the building we also have private dining areas and meeting rooms for VIP events and functions. We have 53 meeting rooms in total! All areas are activated with high volumes during business hours, with the event space extended to operate in the evenings and on weekends. Position Overview:




We are looking for enthusiastic and professional
Casual
Boardroom Attendants
to join our corporate events and boardroom team. In this role, you'll help deliver exceptional service at high-end events, meetings, and functions, providing a seamless experience for our guests and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering top-quality service with a smile.
Supporting setup, pack-down, and presentation of event spaces.
Working collaboratively in a high end, fast-paced environment with the events, central reservations, guest relations and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, well-executed service.
Providing outstanding food and beverage service for boardroom meetings, events and functions.
Always maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Formal service experience is a must (Corporate experience highly regarded.)
Current RSA Certificate for NSW.
Delivering high-level customer service with confidence and professionalism.
Immaculate presentation and a can-do attitude – We are looking for somebody who has Pizzazz!
Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5 plates.
Taking coffee orders (Ability to operate a coffee machine is a bonus.)
Full working rights in Australia.
