Senior Project Manager - Contemporary Airline Retailing Transformation

Join a major ASX-listed airline on a landmark transformation program. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of Modern Airline Retailing (MAR) initiatives, supporting the organisation's transition to a contemporary, offer- and order-based retailing model.

This role sits at the intersection of business, digital, technology, operations, finance, loyalty and partner teams — managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes across a complex, multi-vendor program.

Key skills, Experience and Background
Strong track record as a Project Manager delivering complex business, technology or transformation initiatives.
Experience delivering complex airline, digital commerce, technology or business transformation programs highly regarded.
Strong understanding of project governance, dependency management,



risk management and stakeholder coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience operating in a multi-vendor/SI delivery model.
Demonstrated experience managing projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and closure.
Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence, MS Project (or equivalent), and Excel-based tracking.
Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
Solid written communication, presentation and executive reporting skills.
