About the Role
As a Campus Educator, you will deliver engaging and practical fitness education to students completing Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications.
This role involves face-to-face classroom delivery, practical gym-based learning, student support, assessment, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging face-to-face classes, workshops, and practical training sessions
Train, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environments
Deliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness programs
Demonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environment
Provide constructive feedback and ongoing student support
Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment
Deliver First Aid and CPR training where required
Encourage student engagement, motivation, and career development

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Fitness
Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)
Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 2 years' current experience working in the fitness industry
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
Highly Regarded
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Diploma of Sport, Coaching or related field
Experience in sports coaching
Previous training, presenting, or teaching experience
Teacher Pathways Program
Applications are also welcome from experienced Personal Trainers who are looking to transition into a career in education.
Mentoring and support from experienced educators
Training in classroom delivery and presentation skills
Support to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Fitness qualification upgrades where required
