The opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Area Manager to lead multi-site operations while driving franchise sales growth and network expansion across their designated area. This role combines strong operational leadership with a clear mandate to grow sales, increase market presence, and strengthen franchise performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop site and franchise partners to deliver robust operational and financial performance

Drive franchise sales growth, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding current franchisees

Partner with franchisees to implement local area marketing plans to drive same-store sales growth of 5–10% annually

Monitor and analyse regional KPIs, implementing strategies to improve performance





Work closely with franchisees to develop local business plans and growth initiatives

Identify market opportunities for network expansion and execute territory growth strategies

Ensure all franchise operations comply with brand, legal, and operational standards

Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise partners to drive long-term success

About You

Proven experience in multi-site management and franchise development/sales

Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated success in sales growth and network expansion

Experience working with or managing franchise networks

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills

Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
