We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team!

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them find the perfect home and ensuring they experience exceptional service every step of the way.

About You
Current NSW Certificate of Registration(or about to enrol)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team workplace
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Previous Property Officer/management experience is a plus, but not essential
A passion for Real Estate and helping people find their dream home!

About The Role
Process tenancy applications and ensure prompt response to all enquiries and facilitate lease signings
Liaise with Landlords and Property Managers to approve applications




Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
Advertising and marketing of properties
Liaise with landlords regularly throughout the Leasing process with relevant feedback
Stay up-to-date on available listings and property amenities.
Send approval and bond instructions to tenants
Handle daily office tasks and help maintain an inviting team culture/workplace
Arrange for signboards to be erected and removed
Build and maintain positive relationships with current landlords and tenants
