Rotating roster between 10:00am - 10:00pm
Approx. 1 weekend shift per month

What you'll be doing
Handling a high volume of inbound customer enquiries
Booking appointments and providing tailored solutions
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services, with full training and support
Delivering a positive, professional customer experience
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Navigating multiple systems in a quick-paced contact centre environment

About you

You may have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centre, or sales. You'll be someone who:
Communicates clearly and builds rapport quickly
Listens well and identifies customer needs
Feels confident recommending additional products or services where appropriate
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Learns new systems and processes quickly
Brings a positive, team-focused attitude

Previous contact centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential - full training is provided.
