Your Responsibilities
Clinical Support:Assist Doctors with minor surgical procedures, including minor wound care and suture removal.
Laser Therapy:Perform cosmetic laser treatments under Doctor instructions, ensuring patient safety and exceptional results.
Front Desk Excellence:Manage the patient journey from meet-and-greet to billing.
Duties include scheduling appointments, managing recalls, and answering patient enquiries.
Clinic Maintenance:Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and clinical sterility throughout the practice.
Patient Care:Provide a pleasant and calm environment for patients,



ensuring they feel supported through both medical and cosmetic journeys.
Qualifications:Must hold currentLaser Therapy Qualificationsand a validFirst Aid Certificate.
Experience:Proven experience in bothlaser therapyandmedical front desk/receptionroles is essential.
Skills:Solid ability to multitask with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Attitude:A quick learner with a genuine interest in medical skin treatments.
You must be able to work effectively within a small team and autonomously.
Demeanour:A pleasant, calm, and professional manner is non-negotiable.
