Front of House Concierge (Part Time)

Salon HER is looking for a part-time Front of House Concierge to be the first face, voice and vibe our clients experience. Working alongside our FOH/Operations Manager and salon team, you'll make sure every visit feels effortless, from the warm hello to the perfectly timed rebooking.
What your days will look like
You'll run the front desk with calm confidence: greeting clients, managing appointments, answering calls and messages, and keeping the salon flowing smoothly even on our busiest Saturdays. You'll keep retail and supplies stocked and beautifully presented, support the wider team wherever needed, and help uphold the standards (including health and safety) that make HER feel like HER.
You're our person if you




Have experience in a client-facing role, whether that's salon, hospitality or retail
Read a room well and genuinely love making people feel welcome
Stay composed and organised when things get busy
Communicate warmly and professionally, in person and on the phone
Take pride in your presentation and the space around you
Experience in beauty, hairdressing, hospitality or luxury retail is a lovely bonus, not a must. We'll teach you the rest.
