Where you'll be working
Hospital in the Home, based at RNSH
What you'll be doing
As a Hospital in the Home (HITH) Administration Officer Level 3, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to facilitate the effective delivery of acute care services in patients' homes and HITH clinics.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively to support the smooth operation of the service, contribute to positive patient experiences, and help ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and patient-centred care within an innovative HITH model of care.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft platforms eg; Word, Excel; and a sound knowledge of Cerner Health platform e.g: eMR, Scheduling, Content Manager.
Demonstrated strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
