We are seeking a motivated and results-driven National Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our national footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering creative energy solutions to commercial customers across Australia.

Key Duties
Develop and manage commercial sales prospects across Australia
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships
Prepare and present tailored solar and energy solutions
Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in; Commercial solar EPC sales or Energy retail/energy solutions sales
Strong understanding of the Australian commercial solar market
Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel as required
