The Role
Support daily centre operations and provide leadership to educators and teams
Ensure adherence to NQF/NQS and maintain high standards of safety and practice
Support delivery of engaging EYLF-aligned programs and curriculum
Build strong relationships and support communication with families and community
Assist with enrolments, documentation, reporting, and general centre administration
Role Requirements




Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
Prior experience within a leadership position
Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
Full working rights in Australia, visa assistance is not available
