NOIZE® is a branding agency in explosive growth, and we're looking for a Brand Designer who can hold their own on responsible work.

Who we are

We build brands end to end. Strategy, identity, digital, social, paid, retention, e-commerce. Our clients span international food and beverage, SaaS platforms, local SMEs, and hospitality venues. We also run our own stable of successful brands and venues, which means you'll get exposure to work most agencies never touch, from concept through to commercial performance.

We're lean, fast, and deliberate about who we work with. No politics, no bureaucracy, no endlessly revised direction. Valuable work gets made, gets shipped, and gets rewarded.

The role

This is a full-time position, ongoing, with real volume. You'll take strategic brand foundations and turn them into visual systems that hold up commercially and creatively. Identity design, brand collateral, digital assets, campaign work, mockup sets, the full stretch.

You'll work directly with the founders and the strategy team. Briefs are clear, deadlines are real, and the standard is high. You'll be trusted to make decisions and own outcomes.

Who fits




Genuine real-world brand design experience. Formal training doesn't matter to us. What you've actually built does.
A portfolio that shows range, craft, and commercial thinking. We want to see finished work solving real problems, not just concepts.
Ex-agency or previous consultant experience is a strong bonus. You'll understand pace, client dynamics, and how to work inside a professional standard.
Sharp visual judgment and commercial awareness. You get that excellent design serves the business, not the other way around.
Autonomous, responsive, and professional in communication. You move quickly, take feedback well, and don't need to be chased.

The process

The first step is an unpaid design test. Non-negotiable. If you're not up for that, please don't apply. It's how we assess actual skill, not slide-deck skill. We get 100's of applications every time we hire, and the test is how we determine who is the real deal. Every designer currently working with us went through it.
