Subject: Experienced Trainer & Assessor – Multiple Disciplines

Newcastle Rescue and Consultancy Pty Ltd is currently seeking expressions of interest from an experienced Trainer and Assessor to support our growing training operations.

Due to continued growth across our service offerings, we are looking for a suitably qualified qualified who can deliver and assess across multiple disciplines, including but not limited to:
Working at Heights
Confined Space
High Risk and safety-related training
Leadership and supervisory courses in open cut and underground mining.

This opportunity may also suit industry professionals who are seeking a change of career and looking to transition into training and assessment, provided they hold the required training and assessment qualifications.





The successful applicant will have:
Relevant vocational competencies and current industry experience
TAE40122 (or equivalent)
Strong facilitation, assessment, and compliance skills
The ability to engage learners across both technical and leadership-based programs
A commitment to high-quality training outcomes and safety excellence both at our training facility at Beresfield to remote areas of Austrailia.
