Scott Technology Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable
Plant Operator
to join our team on a
full-time basis
at our St Marys, NSW site. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient manufacture of resin and gelcoat products .
Key responsibilities
Operate high shear mixers, forklift, shakers and stirrers, within safety protocols
Weigh and measure materials, following manufacturing procedures
Manufacture products to specifications and quality standards
Maintain accurate data entry records for record keeping processes
Report stock levels and liaise with the Purchasing Officer
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
Respond to and assist with maintenance issues as they arise
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Plant Operator within the manufacturing industry, preferably 2+ years
Forklift license an advantage
High level of technical knowledge of various plant and machinery equipment commonly used in manufacturing
Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations within the manufacturing sector




Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate operational records
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
