About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Strata Manager to join our Cronulla team on a long-term basis. In this position you will manage a portfolio of diverse strata schemes, communicating daily with Owners Corporations, contractors and owners on relevant matters. You will be required to coordinate, prepare and run committee and general meetings, as well as follow up to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner.
In this role you will share an Assistant with another Strata Manager and have additional administration support to handle insurances, debt recovery, fire compliance,



budgets and trust accounting for your portfolio.
About You

a confident and energetic personality;
previous experience managing a diverse portfolio of Owners Corporations;
excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask;
the ability to work autonomously but also be able to contribute to the culture and growth of the office;
a proven understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to Strata Management; and
a valid Australian Drivers Licence and daily access to a registered vehicle.
Prior to commencing, you must have a Strata Management Licence (Class 1 or 2).
Knowledge of Property IQ software is not essential but will be looked upon favourably.
Work a 35 hour week (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm), plus after hours meetings;
Work from home/work from office on a rostered basis following the probation period;
Flexi-day to cover after hours meetings; and
Ongoing support and mentoring.
