As theSenior Business Development Managerfocused on growing the established customer market, this leading Biometric solutions company will offer a highly attractiveuncapped commissionstructure for the right incumbent.
The technical BDM will be responsible for driving recent client acquisitions building pipeline and closing deals across multiple industries.
This is a client-facing role where your ability to demonstrate value and deliver ROI will directly impact success.
This is a high-impact role that will allow the successful BDM to win and build the B2B sales strategy and subsequent execution.
As a leading ambassador of the organisation, the BDM will be supported by a highly capable and expert team in biometrics and workforce SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities




Deliver compelling solution demonstrations aligned to customer challenges
Engage with C-level and operational stakeholders
Provide insights back to product teams to support innovation
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Key experience required:
Strong background in technical sales / SaaS / BDM roles (possibly with HRIS, payroll, or other workforce management solutions)
Ability to sell complex solutions (hardware + cloud)
Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders
Proven success in quota achievement in a similar BDM role
As the lead BDM for this Australian built and owned biometric and workforce management leader, you will own the full revenue cycle focusing on the already established customer base and building new relationships.
The Technical BDM will be offered a competitive salary circa$123K-$160K inc super + Commissionand the opportunity to acquire sales revenue in a growing specialised market.
