Business Development Manager
to join their high-performing Property Management teams.
Whether you're an experienced BDM looking for a stronger platform, or a Senior Property Manager ready to transition into business development, these opportunities offer genuine earning potential and long-term career progression.

$100,000–$120,000 package, depending on experience

The role As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the rent roll by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with landlords, conducting rental appraisals and converting prospects into long-term management clients.




You'll enjoy the autonomy to build your own portfolio while being supported by experienced leadership, proven systems and recognised brands that make winning business significantly easier.
About you To be considered, you'll ideally have:
Previous Business Development or Property Management experience
Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A genuine passion for business development and prospecting
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
A motivated, self-driven attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
